Hi! I’m Azuhuyo and I’m currently accepting icon commissions.Thank you for taking interest in my account and for supporting my art. Mode of Payment
The mode of payment and transaction will be made through GCash and Paypal only. Clients (you) are required to pay a 50% down payment upon agreement or within three days (72 hours) before I can start working on your commission. Down payments not made within three days will automatically cancel your commission request. The remaining 50% of the payment will be made once the art is complete. Clients will not be able to receive their commissioned art unless the remaining 50% of the payment is made and verified.

• How will I receive my commission?
I will be sending you a digital file (.png file-type) of your commission request via email using an email address you provide. This is to preserve the photo quality of your commission and protect the file.
• I don’t know how to describe my request…
Everyone’s got that moment, don’t worry! Please send a couple reference materials (i.e. photos, videos, clips, etc.) as we discuss your request. I’ll be showing you a rough draft for you to check out before I start.
• Can I cancel my request?
Yes but you will have to inform me in advance and only if you have not received the final file copy yet. Please be sure of your request before you put it in. Once you cancel your request, it will take about 1-2 business days to process the refund for the 50% down payment depending on the eWallet’s service availability.
• Can I request a refund?
If you have not received the final copy and only when you cancel your order are you able to ask for a refund. If these two conditions are not met, then your request for refund will not be processed.
